How to Use the Availability Manager
Fixtures are available up to 4 weeks in advance of the game to make your availability known and an email reminder will be sent asking you to confirm your availability 2 weeks in advance of the game (shown in 'availability' tab).
An availability lock date is built into the software, the date by which your availability must be registered. This will be the Tuesday before the Saturday game at 12pm.
- After this time you will have to contact the captains directly to inform of availability, positive or negative (of course we appreciate in certain circumstances late pull outs are a fact of life, however we do expect that if you commit we will see you on the Saturday)
- We know how many gaps (if any) we need to fill, in advance of the last minute rush. The committee have been forging links with affiliate clubs and from this lock date, positions unfilled will be offered to affiliate clubs players to help us field 2 teams on a Saturday. i.e If you are late in replying your availability you have no guarantee of being considered for selection.
Upcoming games (within 1 week) will be displayed in the 'Dashboard' tab. If you are selected an email should be sent to you informing you of your selection and asking you to confirm. This published team sheet will also be available via the 'dashboard' tab.
Key contact information (Captains phone details etc), can be found through the 'directory' tab. When you register you will be asked for land line and mobile phone numbers. Please fill in these details for the benefit of the club captains so we know the most up to date number(s) to inform you of cancellations etc. If you do not wish this information to be shared wider then use the tick box before submitting your registration form.
